Product Development
Whether it is only a concept or an existing product to be converted into a fiber reinforced plastic, Core has the product development resources to support your needs.  Core has the ability to assist with customer responsible design including the capabilities listed below.

Existing Product Conversion
Core has the ability to take the data file and develop a model with the necessary modifications, prior to developing prototype tooling and parts.  Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and material determinations would be made prior to prototype to ensure the part performance meets customer requirements.  Should a data file not exist, Core has the ability to cast a Fiber Reinforced Mold from the existing part for construction of a prototype part for customer approval.

Concept Design
Core has the ability to provide a three dimensional model from a conceptual design.  This model would then be modified to achieve a final design, using Finite Element Analysis and Material Determinations in the process, prior to developing a prototype mold and prototype parts. 

Program Management
Our program management extends beyond the prototype stage into the development of production tooling and post molding services.  We employ a stage-gate approach throughout the development process to minimize both risk and cost
