Our multiple locations and varied processes provide Core with the ability to meet low volume, hand machined manual assemblies to very high volume, automated machining centers and complex automated assembly cells. Our water-jet and robotic routing cells provide consistent tolerancing of holes and openings. The robotic bond dispense systems insure the location and amount of adhesive, and the assembly systems insure the part fit is correct. Hardware and other components are added as well to provide the completed product.

After the part is assembled and complete, Core will use a number of packaging options, from returnable racks to wooden crates to cardboard and bubble wrap to meet the shipping requirements of our customers..
